Bring your students to meet their teachers and see their classrooms. Parents/Guardians can also complete registration for their student for the fall. We will also be serving hotdogs, chips, and baked beans. A free-will donation is appreciated.

We’re excited to welcome students back on Monday, August 25. Please join us for Back‑to‑School Night on Tuesday, August 19 from 4–7 PM.
As we get closer to the new school year, now is the perfect time to help your child adjust to a healthy sleep schedule. Over the next couple of weeks, gradually move your child’s bedtime and wake‑up time earlier—about 10–15 minutes each day—so they’re fully on a school routine by Friday, August 22.
Why start early? A slow shift helps reset your child’s internal clock and avoids the “sleep shock” that happens with a sudden switch. In research-based studies, roughly 2 weeks of nightly adjustments allow students to smoothly transition and arrive at school well-rested.
Tips to help: start a wind‑down routine 20–30 min before bed, avoid screens before sleep, and expose them to bright light in the morning.
Thank you for helping your student begin the year energized and ready to learn!

Happy Retirement Marsha Lecy! Marsha has been a part of E.C.H.O. Charter School for 25 years! She began as a kindergarten teacher, and has taught K-6 and is district curriculum coordinator. She has touched the lives of many students.

The Prairie Five Meals Program serves 34 communities with Congregate Dining, and Home Delivered and Frozen Meals. Frozen Meals are available for weekends, holidays, emergency, and rural delivery. The Program promotes health and independent living in the senior population through improved nutrition and reduction of social isolation.
Volunteers are the core of the Prairie Five Meals Program. The Program could not operate without the volunteers that provide volunteer hours in numerous different capacities. Communities in the five counties also provide continuing support for the Prairie Five Meals Program and its participants.

Due to continued adverse weather conditions, spotty road conditions, and reduced visibility, E.C.H.O. Charter School will be having a Distance Learning Day on March 5, 2025.
Students are expected to complete the assigned work for Day 4, which must be turned in by Thursday, March 6.

🚨 Important Announcement: Two-Hour Late Start 🚨
Due to adverse weather conditions, E.C.H.O. Charter School will have a two-hour late start on Wednesday, March 5th, 2025. Buses and vans will be running two hours later than their normal pick-up times.
Please make sure your children are dressed appropriately for the weather as they head out. Stay safe and warm! ❄️
