📚 Back to School Night & FREE Immunization Clinic! 💉 Get ready for the new school year at our Back to School Night on 8/20/24 We’re excited to announce that a Free Immunization Clinic will be available from 4-7 p.m., sponsored by Upper Sioux Community and Countryside Public Health. 📅 Date: 8/20/2024 ⏰ Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM 📍 Location: E.C.H.O. Charter school If your student needs vaccinations, this is the perfect time to get them taken care of! Remember, students MUST be vaccinated or have a NOTARIZED Conscientious Objection form on file by the first day of school. Without this, they will not be allowed to attend classes. 🎉 BONUS: Did you miss out on getting your yearbook? Don’t worry! Yearbooks from 2022, 2023, and 2024 will be available for purchase during Back to School Night. Don’t miss your chance to grab these memories! LOCKERS/BACKPACKS: - new for 2024-2025 School Year
Students will not be permitted to use backpacks during the school day. They are allowed to use them to carry materials to and from school only. There is plenty of passing time to retrieve needed items from lockers between classes so getting to class on time will not pose any difficulties.
Back to School Night and IMMUNIZATION CLINIC:
A free immunization clinic, sponsored by Upper Sioux Community and Countryside Public Health, will be held at Back to School Night from 4-7 p.m. Students who need vaccinations can receive them that evening. Alternatively, parents who decide not to vaccinate their student/s must have a NOTARIZED Conscientious Objection form on file by the first day of school. Students must either be vaccinated or must have a Conscientious Objection form on file or they will not be allowed to attend school.
